Lead the delivery of financial reporting requirements for a significant client relationship in a forward-thinking and growing business, with a client-focused culture.
As Associate Director, you will play a key role in contributing to the overall strategy, growth and structure of the private equity team. You will also be critical in building and leading an elite team of Accountants to deliver an excellent client service.

Responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the Head of Technical Accounting to drive consistency and best practice across the business
Providing technical and strategic guidance
Managing the timely and accurate production of financial and management reports
Building strong working relationships with new and existing clients
Monitoring team performance, identifying talent and identifying opportunities for improvement
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 12 years’ experience within the finance industry, including 5 years’ experience in a management role
Hold a recognised accountancy qualification
Strong technical understanding of client financial statements and various accounting standards
Excellent understanding of fund structures and current industry legislation, regulation and working practices
Ability to inspire client and team confidence
