An enriching and rewarding career opportunity for a private equity specialist to assist with the set-up/onboarding and subsequent ongoing accounting of private equity funds, in a leading bank that works on a global scale.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and being actively involved in the day-to-day servicing of private equity fund clients and managing a team of Administrators

  • Coordinating with the onboarding team in regards to new business and drafting service level agreements

  • Acting as the key person for all client contact and managing the resolution of client queries 

  • Building strong working relationships with all external parties relating to the fund including Auditors, Tax Advisors and Custodians 

  • Assisting with the preparation for presentations to the Board of Directors 

Experience and skills required:

  • Significant experience within the finance industry and specifically within private equity fund administration 

  • Previous people management experience 

  • Either hold or currently working towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/ACCA/ACA 

  • Strong management, interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Excellent problem solving skills with an awareness of commercial and risk management based on client solutions
