Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing and being actively involved in the day-to-day servicing of private equity fund clients and managing a team of Administrators
Coordinating with the onboarding team in regards to new business and drafting service level agreements
Acting as the key person for all client contact and managing the resolution of client queries
Building strong working relationships with all external parties relating to the fund including Auditors, Tax Advisors and Custodians
Assisting with the preparation for presentations to the Board of Directors
Experience and skills required:
Significant experience within the finance industry and specifically within private equity fund administration
Previous people management experience
Either hold or currently working towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/ACCA/ACA
Strong management, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills with an awareness of commercial and risk management based on client solutions
