Both professionals from a fund accounting and/or administration background will be considered for this opportunity.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with drafting and reviewing of service level agreements incorporating measurable and meaningful key performance indicators
Coordinating with the onboarding team and assisting with the necessary related activities
Preparation and agreeing accounting reporting templates with clients
Assisting with the review of fund documentation and business acceptance committee documentation relating to the launch of new funds
Overseeing and being actively involved in the day-to-day servicing of private equity fund clients
Supervising the accurate, efficient and timely delivery of all valuations, capital accounts, quarterly statements, annual financial statements and any other reports
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with external parties related to the fund
Experience and skills required:
Hold a recognised qualification (e.g. ACCA/ACA/ICSA or equivalent)
Strong delegation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a high volume of time sensitive tasks quickly and appropriately
Experience in people management
Excellent working knowledge of fund structures and fund cash flows and various types of private equity transactions
