A new and exciting challenge for a trust professional to be part of a small team within a local, independently owned trust company and proactively manage a mixed portfolio of trusts and companies. In this role you will be expected to identify business development opportunities and ensure clients receive an excellent service.

Working within this highly regarded firm, you will be rewarded for your dedication and commitment to providing a professional and an adaptable service to clients.

Within this role you will act as a supervisor for a team of trust and company professionals, be a higher authority on day-to-day queries and as 4-eyes signatory on client matters, ensuring company policy and professional guidelines are adhered to.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the team’s performance and ensuring objectives are met

  • Ensuring a quality service is delivered to clients at all times

  • Assisting and supporting the development of a coherent business plan and budget

  • Developing strong working relationships, contributing to cross selling opportunities and developing sales activity

Experience and skills required:

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, ACCA or equivalent

  • Sound technical understanding of trust and company administration

  • Ability to prioritise workload and delegate where necessary

  • Team management experience would be an advantage, however this is not essential
