This is a fantastic opportunity for a trust professional who has comprehensive knowledge of and a proven track record in offshore fiduciary services, to make a difference to this independent trust company. You will also have responsibility for all aspects of client relationships and ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the development and implementation of business plans, ensuring these are aligned with group objectives
Identifying and developing new business opportunities, travelling to meet existing and prospective clients
Keeping up to date with any industry changes which might impact services offered
Assisting with the budgeting process and client billing
Supporting the set up and take on of new clients, managing any queries
Providing leadership and identifying training opportunities for more junior team members
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 15 years’ experience in fiduciary services, including 5 years’ senior management experience
Ideally be a member of a relevant professional body
Proven track record in client relationship management and a good understanding of offshore fiduciary services
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Previous exposure to business development initiatives
