Lead the fund services teams covering the Channel Islands locations and be part of a senior management team driving operational efficiency, across administration and accounting services.
Within this role you will provide operational support through driving data quality within the eFront system, and ensure client facing teams are using the system correctly across different fund strategies. You will also assist with new business transactions across alternative funds sector.

Responsibilities will include:
Driving the implementation and maintenance of data monitoring strategies and reviewing usage
Acting as technical expert and providing guidance to client delivery teams
Reviewing operational processes to identify ways of increasing efficiency and developing training to support knowledge/growth
Working with the Head of Strategic Transitions to drive the roll out of new eFront functionality across client delivery teams
Assisting with the team recruitment and onboarding process
Experience and skills required:
Extensive practical experience of alternative fund structures (private equity, debt, infrastructure, real estate etc.), including 5 years’ management experience
Good understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS/UK/US and other GAAP)
Detailed knowledge of various private equity structures and the administration and accounting for these structures
Professional accountancy qualification
Working knowledge of eFront would be an advantage
