A critical new role, implementing and taking ownership of a new operating platform which will be used to manage all client related data, tasks and activities.
You will work collaboratively between the IT and change team and client service lines, to understand user requirements and assist with the implementation of any improvements. You will play a key role in the successful evolution of the platform and assist the senior team during the strategic group-wide decision making process.
If you have a strong technical background, a commitment to providing client service excellence and previous projects experience within financial services, we would like to hear from you. This role can be based in Jersey or London
Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the business platform and usage once it has been implemented
Liaising with users to understand their requirements and identify areas of improvement
Imbedding required controls within the new operating platform
Owning communication roadmaps for future development and assisting with testing and designing functionality
Developing and maintaining policies and procedures
Experience and skills required:
Technical understanding of investor portals, workflows and controls
Ideally hold a relevant professional qualification such as PRINCE2
Ability to work with multiple deadlines and have a strong commitment to client service excellent
