Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with opening new bank accounts 

  • Preparing documentation and payment instructions required for transactions

  • Accurately maintaining shareholder and asset registers 

  • Performing account reconciliations 

  • Assisting with the fee billing process 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous trust or banking experience would be an advantage 

  • Wiling to study towards a relevant professional qualification  

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills 

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
