Joining the thriving trust team, you will take responsibility for the administration of a varied portfolio of trusts, companies, foundations and/or other entities, ensuring client needs are met and assisting with the supervision of trainees and administrators.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Attending to clients in a timely and professional manner, maintaining knowledge over assets and activities of trusts administered 

  • Preparing resolutions and minutes and arranging board meetings

  • Assisting with the incorporation of companies and establishment of trusts and companies  

  • Supporting the completion of compliance and regulatory matters 

  • Training and developing more junior team members

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ trust and company administration experience 

  • Hold a level 4 relevant professional qualification 

  • Good technical understanding of trust company and business administration, legislative compliance and regulatory requirements

  • Ability to lead and be part of a team of professionals 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, intermediaries and colleagues at all levels
