Joining the thriving trust team, you will take responsibility for the administration of a varied portfolio of trusts, companies, foundations and/or other entities, ensuring client needs are met and assisting with the supervision of trainees and administrators.

Responsibilities will include:
Attending to clients in a timely and professional manner, maintaining knowledge over assets and activities of trusts administered
Preparing resolutions and minutes and arranging board meetings
Assisting with the incorporation of companies and establishment of trusts and companies
Supporting the completion of compliance and regulatory matters
Training and developing more junior team members
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ trust and company administration experience
Hold a level 4 relevant professional qualification
Good technical understanding of trust company and business administration, legislative compliance and regulatory requirements
Ability to lead and be part of a team of professionals
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, intermediaries and colleagues at all levels
