You’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, and great organisational skills so that you can prioritise your day and at times meet conflicting deadlines.
This role will bring new challenges every day and will require excellent organisational skills, open dialogue and instilling trust through honesty integrity and sincerity.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the company is compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures
Using judgement to identify any risks or concerns, ensuring they are reported in a timely manner
Building strong customer relationships with existing and new clients, gaining insight into their needs
Providing exceptional customer service, whilst delivering customer-centric solutions
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ trust administration experience
Either hold or currently working towards a relevant professional qualification
Good knowledge of the finance industry in Jersey
Ability to work well within a team and using own initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
