Responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with your team to manage a portfolio of clients, covering a variety of structures
Becoming a technical expert on client structures, including any regulatory requirements and keeping up to date with new legislation, as required
Communicating regularly with clients and establishing good relationships with Business Partners and colleagues
Offering support and guidance to junior team members
Identifying cross-selling opportunities within various service lines and jurisdictions
Carefully reviewing financial information
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification, ideally ICSA/STEP
Strong academic background
Proactive and forward-thinking
Ability to deal with tasks independently and using own initiative
