A leading independent offshore bank and trust company is currently seeking a motivated individual looking to take the next step in their career, to act as the primary support point of contact together with a Relationship Manager for a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities will include:
Building strong working relationships and ensuring clients receive a high quality service at all times
Preparing new account opening packages/documents as part of the onboarding process
Overseeing the management process for deposit and payment transactions, related foreign exchange and securities transactions
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a front office client support role, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally gained in the banking/trust services sector
Ideally hold a level 4 CISI or STEP qualification
Strong project management skills and a track record in working within a team
Excellent interpersonal and relationships building skills
A good understanding of the local regulatory environment
