A leading independent offshore bank and trust company is currently seeking a motivated individual looking to take the next step in their career, to act as the primary support point of contact together with a Relationship Manager for a portfolio of clients.

As Assistant Manager you will ensure clients receive the highest level of support at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity to join and make a difference to a company whose entrepreneurial spirit and unrelenting focus on clients’ needs, is at the heart of everything they do.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong working relationships and ensuring clients receive a high quality service at all times 

  • Preparing new account opening packages/documents as part of the onboarding process 

  • Overseeing the management process for deposit and payment transactions, related foreign exchange and securities transactions 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a front office client support role, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally gained in the banking/trust services sector 

  • Ideally hold a level 4 CISI or STEP qualification 

  • Strong project management skills and a track record in working within a team 

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationships building skills 

  • A good understanding of the local regulatory environment
