Within this role you will oversee the day to day operations of the Jersey office, ensuring a quality service is delivered to all departments.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the post process and reception, ensuring a quality service is provided to all departments in the Jersey office 

  • Coaching and assisting with the development of the team

  • Holding and leading regular meetings to relay communications from management to the team and also identify any staff issues 

  • Assisting the Operations Manager with projects impacting operational support services 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous operational experience, within a fiduciary environment ideally

  • Experience managing and training staff

  • Methodical approach to tasks and excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work well within a team
