Within this role you will oversee the day to day operations of the Jersey office, ensuring a quality service is delivered to all departments.

Responsibilities will include:
Managing the post process and reception, ensuring a quality service is provided to all departments in the Jersey office
Coaching and assisting with the development of the team
Holding and leading regular meetings to relay communications from management to the team and also identify any staff issues
Assisting the Operations Manager with projects impacting operational support services
Experience and skills required:
Previous operational experience, within a fiduciary environment ideally
Experience managing and training staff
Methodical approach to tasks and excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team
