Responsibilities will include:
Providing clear and consistent advice as requested, to Service Line Directors and committees
Keeping up to date with current industry advice and interpreting any new regulatory developments
Developing and delivering training to the business
Producing management information detailing advice and guidance given and providing compliance reports to stakeholders
Managing registers and visits from stakeholders
Overseeing the effectiveness of all AML/CFT systems
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience working in a compliance or oversight function, within a Jersey regulated financial services business
Good technical knowledge of Jersey regulations and laws
Strong diplomacy and negotiation skills
Ability to work using own initiative and approaching tasks with an open mind
Good time management skills and ability to prioritise deadlines
