Be part of a diverse workforce within a leading multi-jurisdictional financial services provider. As Assistant Manager of a real estate team, you will build and develop strong working relationships with clients and assist with the management and development of a team of Administrators.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising and meeting with clients as required

  • Acting as a ‘C’ authorised signatory

  • Carrying out supervisory and managerial tasks related to junior team members and delegating tasks to them

  • Performing a high level review of client accounts and financial statements

  • Preparing and producing reports for board packs 

Experience and skills required:

  • Hold a Table 4 qualification such as ICSA/STEP Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant industry experience, including experience in a supervisory role

  • Ability to manage and work to demanding deadlines

  • Strong commitment to client service excellence

  • Ability to encourage and motivate self and fellow team members
