As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for a set of client relationships, managing their day-to-day service delivery needs, proactively developing existing client relationships and providing mentoring to junior members of the team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a quality service is delivered at all times

  • Building strong working relationships with clients

  • Acting as primary point of contact for escalations and to discuss client satisfaction

  • Identifying potential new business opportunities

  • Acting as ‘A’ signatory and Director on nominee companies

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, including at least 3 years’ experience at Manager level

  • Ideally hold a relevant professional qualification

  • Strong management skills with the drive to instil a high-performing culture

  • Good attention to detail

  • Excellent working knowledge of regulatory requirements and standard
