As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for a set of client relationships, managing their day-to-day service delivery needs, proactively developing existing client relationships and providing mentoring to junior members of the team.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring a quality service is delivered at all times
Building strong working relationships with clients
Acting as primary point of contact for escalations and to discuss client satisfaction
Identifying potential new business opportunities
Acting as ‘A’ signatory and Director on nominee companies
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, including at least 3 years’ experience at Manager level
Ideally hold a relevant professional qualification
Strong management skills with the drive to instil a high-performing culture
Good attention to detail
Excellent working knowledge of regulatory requirements and standard
