With a passion for exceeding client expectations, you will have responsibility for a set of real estate and capital market client relationships and managing the day to day service delivery needs. You will also support new business activities and build strong working relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
Building strong working relationships with assigned clients and acting as primary point of contact
Acting as ‘A’ signatory and a Director of nominated companies
Monitoring the delivery of services, to ensure a quality service is delivered at all times
Identifying potential sales opportunities
Supporting the development of your team and their team, assisting with performance appraisals and the recruitment process
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including at least 2 years’ at Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager level
Ideally hold a JFSC Table 5 qualification
Strong people management skills
Keen eye for detail and proactive approach to tasks
Confident communication skills
