Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with your team to manage a portfolio of clients, offering advice from internal processes 

  • Offering guidance and development to your team and monitoring performance

  • Communicating openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis 

  • Actively promoting real estate services to existing clients, prospective clients and related advisors

  • Conducting meetings and producing minutes and resolutions 

Experience and skills required:

  • Proven experience in a similar role 

  • Strong academic background and ideally hold or studying towards a relevant professional qualification (ICSA/STEP/ACCA) 

  • Good technical knowledge of local legislation/corporate governance

  • Ability to deal with tasks independently and using own initiative
