Responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with your team to manage a portfolio of clients, offering advice from internal processes
Offering guidance and development to your team and monitoring performance
Communicating openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis
Actively promoting real estate services to existing clients, prospective clients and related advisors
Conducting meetings and producing minutes and resolutions
Experience and skills required:
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong academic background and ideally hold or studying towards a relevant professional qualification (ICSA/STEP/ACCA)
Good technical knowledge of local legislation/corporate governance
Ability to deal with tasks independently and using own initiative
