As Assistant Manager you will oversee the more complex requirements of a large clients' affairs, working closely with the Director and other senior team members in the team to maintain and grow client relationships.

Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all aspects of transaction management, including organising and attending client meetings and drafting more complex resolutions
Acting as a higher authority on day to day administration queries and as a 4 eyes signatory
Undertaking administrative reviews of property specific documents and overseeing the coordination of UK tax filings
Mentoring, training and supervising junior members of the team
Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency in order to improve client experience
Experience and skills required:
A strong background in real estate administration services, including at least 5 years’ relevant experience
Previous experience with UK tax filings and third party finance would be an advantage
Hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP
A commitment to the highest standards of client service
Strong attention to detail
