Unlock your potential and aspire towards greater challenges in a fast-growing legal firm, overseeing a team of administrators delivering a range of corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of real estate clients and entities.

As Assistant Manager you will oversee the more complex requirements of a large clients' affairs, working closely with the Director and other senior team members in the team to maintain and grow client relationships.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of transaction management, including organising and attending client meetings and drafting more complex resolutions  

  • Acting as a higher authority on day to day administration queries and as a 4 eyes signatory

  • Undertaking administrative reviews of property specific documents and overseeing the coordination of UK tax filings 

  • Mentoring, training and supervising junior members of the team 

  • Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency in order to improve client experience 

Experience and skills required:

  • A strong background in real estate administration services, including at least 5 years’ relevant experience 

  • Previous experience with UK tax filings and third party finance would be an advantage 

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP

  • A commitment to the highest standards of client service 

  • Strong attention to detail
