Due to continued growth, a global provider of fund and corporate services is seeking an enthusiastic individual with strong numerical skills to join their HR team.
This is a new and rewarding opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join the payroll function and to be responsible for processing payrolls across multiple jurisdictions, as well as assisting with the planning, oversight, development and delivery of compensation programmes that enable the business to attract and retain the best talent available in the marketplace.
Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating, administering and processing monthly and ad hoc multi-jurisdictional payrolls
Preparing statutory return data for review and approval across each jurisdiction
Proactively reviewing and developing the payroll function to ensure it continues to meet business needs
Assisting the Compensation and Benefits Manager in reviewing compensation surveys to ensure the business remains competitive in each jurisdiction in which it operates
Actively contributing and a being a key member of the a multi-jurisdictional HR team, building strong working relationships
Experience and skills required:
Ideally have previous experience working within accounting
Mathematical aptitude and good numerical skills
Clear and concise communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, dependable and trustworthy
