An independent financial services organisation with an inclusive and supportive culture is currently seeking a qualified Accountant to join their growing team.
In this newly created role, you will manage a team of Accountants and be responsible for delivering the financial reporting requirements for a range of complex clients.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Fund Accountant looking to develop and take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing and reviewing financial statements for a wide range of client structures to UK GAAP, US GAAP or IFRS standards
Attending client meetings in respect of accounting matters
Preparing net asset values
Liaising with Auditors
Reviewing and signing off drawdown, equalisation and distribution files
Experience and skills required:
Hold a recognised professional accounting qualification
Experience of producing financial statements for a variety of fund types within various jurisdictions
Strong commitment to client service excellence
Previous experience coaching a team
Proactive and disciplined approach to tasks
