Joining a key service area within a leading financial services provider , you will be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive first-class administrative service to a portfolio of complex and high net worth clients

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering an assigned portfolio of clients 

  • Assisting with the review of financial statements for own portfolio and supervising more junior team members 

  • Scheduling and attending client meetings 

  • Checking client, power of attorney and investment checklists

  • Acting as a ‘C’ authorised signatory 

  • Conducting reviews on own clients and requesting CDD documentation where appropriate

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant industry experience 

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role 

  • Holds a relevant professional Table 4 qualification such as ICSA Diploma or STEP Diploma 

  • Ability to delegate, coach and motivate

  • Proactive and disciplined approach to tasks
