Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing full board support to in-house entities, including creating agendas, distributing board packs and managing board meetings 

  • Assisting with filings or notifications for relevant regulatory authorities 

  • Reviewing work prepared by the team, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal procedures 

  • Dealing with correspondence and administrative matters from external service providers, including CDD requests 

  • Identifying opportunities for improvements in processes, policies and procedures

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous industry experience 

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP/ACCA 

  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment and operations of a legal business would be an advantage 

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Ability to work confidentially and with a high level of discretion
