Responsibilities will include:
Providing full board support to in-house entities, including creating agendas, distributing board packs and managing board meetings
Assisting with filings or notifications for relevant regulatory authorities
Reviewing work prepared by the team, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal procedures
Dealing with correspondence and administrative matters from external service providers, including CDD requests
Identifying opportunities for improvements in processes, policies and procedures
Experience and skills required:
Previous industry experience
Hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP/ACCA
Knowledge of the regulatory environment and operations of a legal business would be an advantage
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work confidentially and with a high level of discretion
