Working alongside the Compliance Senior Manager you will assist in all aspects of running the compliance team which provides multi-jurisdictional coverage across the globe and act as the second line of defence protecting the business against legal, financial and reputational risks.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing advice and guidance to the business and, where relevant, other compliance staff
Reviewing and signing off more complex CDD requirements for the take-on team
Leading the AML and CFT aspects of the compliance monitoring programme
Developing and maintaining business policies, procedures and compliance manuals
Conducting staff training and mentoring
Collating information and preparing reports to provide key information to both the Partners and Board on both a regular and ad hoc basis
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ compliance experience
Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as ICA, to diploma level or above
Good technical knowledge with an understanding of AML legislation
Experience of managing compliance processes either as a Senior Officer or Assistant Manager of a compliance or similar based function
A methodical and solution-driven approach to tasks
