Working alongside the Compliance Senior Manager you will assist in all aspects of running the compliance team which provides multi-jurisdictional coverage across the globe and act as the second line of defence protecting the business against legal, financial and reputational risks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advice and guidance to the business and, where relevant, other compliance staff

  • Reviewing and signing off more complex CDD requirements for the take-on team

  • Leading the AML and CFT aspects of the compliance monitoring programme

  • Developing and maintaining business policies, procedures and compliance manuals

  • Conducting staff training and mentoring

  • Collating information and preparing reports to provide key information to both the Partners and Board on both a regular and ad hoc basis

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ compliance experience

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as ICA, to diploma level or above

  • Good technical knowledge with an understanding of AML legislation

  • Experience of managing compliance processes either as a Senior Officer or Assistant Manager of a compliance or similar based function

  • A methodical and solution-driven approach to tasks
