Working collaboratively with the client operations and client facing teams, you will ensure the business remains compliant with regulatory requirements, assist with audits and own the ISAW 3402 business control framework.

Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the ownership of the ISAE 3402 framework and annual audit across multiple jurisdictions
Liaising with ISAE 3402 auditors and assisting with control testing processes
Working collaboratively with the client operations and client facing teams to understand day to day processes in order to determine control effectiveness and resolve any identified deficiencies
Assisting with controls monitoring to ensure compliance and supporting reporting to the boards
Acting as a point of reference for queries regarding business controls and any policies and procedures regarding client operations
Keeping up to date with best industry practice and emerging technologies
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ working in financial services
Either hold or currently working towards a recognised qualification (ICSA, ACCA or ACA)
ISAE 3402 reporting experience
Good people management and training skills
Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage and prioritise deadlines
