Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing share certificates and stock transfer forms

  • Typing minutes and providing associated documents to open bank accounts

  • Submitting annual accounts

  • Arranging governance board/committee meetings as required and preparing board packs for governance board/committee meetings

  • Obtaining notarised and/or legalised documents

  • Preparing all company minutes and updating corporate documentation

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a Company Secretary and governance role

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as ICSA

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work without supervision and accurately under pressure

  • Proactive attitude towards the day-to-day activities
