Responsibilities will include:
Preparing share certificates and stock transfer forms
Typing minutes and providing associated documents to open bank accounts
Submitting annual accounts
Arranging governance board/committee meetings as required and preparing board packs for governance board/committee meetings
Obtaining notarised and/or legalised documents
Preparing all company minutes and updating corporate documentation
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a Company Secretary and governance role
Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as ICSA
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work without supervision and accurately under pressure
Proactive attitude towards the day-to-day activities
