A rewarding and progressive career opportunity with a leading multi-jurisdictional financial services provider. As Assistant Manager, you will assist with the supervision, management and development of a team of administrators.

An independent, forward-thinking business where you will have the opportunity to deliver a comprehensive first class administrative service to complex and high net worth clients and develop strong client relationships.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an assigned portfolio of clients, including understanding the different requirements for each client 

  • Performing reviews accounts and financial statements and carrying out client reviews

  • Liaising with Auditors and the JFSC as required 

  • Supervising and coaching more junior team members 

  • Preparing board reports and agendas 

  • Acting as an authorised ‘C’ authorised signatory

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry administration experience 

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role and coaching others on a one to one basis

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification to diploma level 

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines 

  • Progressive and take responsibility for self-development
