This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the provision of quality administration services to clients and potentially be involved in the development of new business and launch of the next private equity fund.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the administration of private equity funds, including executing transactions, preparing investor correspondence and statutory filings
Supporting the development of junior team members
Establishing new entities and regulatory applications and investor onboarding for new funds and co-investment structures
Reviewing and approving payments
Participating in client review and compliance monitoring programmes and contributing to corporate governance meetings
Experience and skills required:
Previous private equity fund administration experience
Line management experience
Hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP
Good working knowledge of investments, funds and treasury functions
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
