In this role you will work closely with the Assistant Manager and Director of Fund Administration, contributing to the ongoing development of the family office.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Organising all board and shareholder meetings and drafting meeting agendas

  • Assisting with the collation of due diligence, liaising with the compliance team to ensure workflows are completed when new investors are admitted

  • Liaising with Lawyers and colleagues across the international offices 

  • Reviewing packs prepared by more junior members of the team

  • Supervising a Trainee Fund Administrator and Fund Administrator, identifying opportunities for development

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous legal, funds and/or company secretarial experience 

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification to diploma level 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to tasks 

  • Highly motivated, analytical and organised 

  • Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent), however this is not essential
