In this role you will work closely with the Assistant Manager and Director of Fund Administration, contributing to the ongoing development of the family office.

Responsibilities will include:
Organising all board and shareholder meetings and drafting meeting agendas
Assisting with the collation of due diligence, liaising with the compliance team to ensure workflows are completed when new investors are admitted
Liaising with Lawyers and colleagues across the international offices
Reviewing packs prepared by more junior members of the team
Supervising a Trainee Fund Administrator and Fund Administrator, identifying opportunities for development
Experience and skills required:
Previous legal, funds and/or company secretarial experience
Hold a relevant professional qualification to diploma level
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to tasks
Highly motivated, analytical and organised
Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent), however this is not essential
