Responsibilities will include:
Providing assistance with the administration of funds and other entities and acting as the immediate point of contact on allocated cases
Ensuring the tax status of entities are observed with the timely completion of tax returns and the payment of any notified tax liability, when required
Dealing with incoming correspondence and preparing meeting notes
Assisting with the maintenance of accounting records and preparation of annual accounts where this forms part of the services provided by the company
Undertaking periodic reviews of client matters, when required
Experience and skills required:
Educated to A level or degree standard
Willingness to work towards a professional qualification
No funds/trust experience necessary but previous office experience would be an advantage
Good communication skills (written and spoken English) and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills and the ability to work methodologically and accurately
