Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance with the administration of funds and other entities and acting as the immediate point of contact on allocated cases

  • Ensuring the tax status of entities are observed with the timely completion of tax returns and the payment of any notified tax liability, when required

  • Dealing with incoming correspondence and preparing meeting notes

  • Assisting with the maintenance of accounting records and preparation of annual accounts where this forms part of the services provided by the company

  • Undertaking periodic reviews of client matters, when required

Experience and skills required:

  • Educated to A level or degree standard

  • Willingness to work towards a professional qualification

  • No funds/trust experience necessary but previous office experience would be an advantage

  • Good communication skills (written and spoken English) and interpersonal skills

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work methodologically and accurately
