You will build an in-depth varied knowledge of the full administration duties and activities that are required to deliver administration within a client portfolio. You can expect to receive full training whilst also being supported to develop your career and obtain relevant professional qualifications.
Responsibilities will include:
Checking and maintaining the central diary system to ensure deadlines are met
Assisting with the client review process
Preparing minutes and assisting with the billing and collection of fees
Adhering with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Liaising directly with intermediaries and clients, under the supervision of more senior team members
Experience and skills required:
Ideally hold a 2:1 degree, or equivalent
Excellent attention to detail and a high of level of accuracy
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise
Strong problem solving skills
Proactive approach to tasks
