You will build an in-depth varied knowledge of the full administration duties and activities that are required to deliver administration within a client portfolio. You can expect to receive full training whilst also being supported to develop your career and obtain relevant professional qualifications.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Checking and maintaining the central diary system to ensure deadlines are met

  • Assisting with the client review process

  • Preparing minutes and assisting with the billing and collection of fees

  • Adhering with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Liaising directly with intermediaries and clients, under the supervision of more senior team members 

Experience and skills required:

  • Ideally hold a 2:1 degree, or equivalent  

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high of level of accuracy 

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise

  • Strong problem solving skills 

  • Proactive approach to tasks
