Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the day-to-day administration of private equity investment funds
Ensuring all records are kept accurate and up to date
Assisting in the preparation of notices
Preparing payment instructions
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Experience and skills required:
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the administration of fund structures
Hold or working towards an appropriate qualification and/or proven track record of working with similar clients
Confident communication skills
High degree of accuracy
Ability to work well within a team
