As Assistant Fund Administrator you will utilise your skills and experience to support the team ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of administrating fund structures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day administration of private equity investment funds

  • Ensuring all records are kept accurate and up to date

  • Assisting in the preparation of notices

  • Preparing payment instructions

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the administration of fund structures

  • Hold or working towards an appropriate qualification and/or proven track record of working with similar clients

  • Confident communication skills

  • High degree of accuracy

  • Ability to work well within a team
