Providing support to the CDD Manager, administrators and directors, you will assist with the collection and processing of customer due diligence (CDD) during the take-on process for new business/investors, whilst ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Updating and maintaining company databases for both new and existing investors/clients 

  • Preparing new business packs and take on files 

  • Proactively responding to any queries received  

  • Undertaking searches, appropriate checks and preparing internal documentation 

  • Liaising with the CDD Manager and compliance team as required for advice and to arrange compliance sign off of client/investor taken on files 

Experience and skills required:

  • Educated to A level standard as a minimum 

  • Previous compliance, funds or trust and company administration experience

  • Ideally have completed a relevant professional qualification to certificate level (ICSA/STEP) 

  • Good interpersonal skills  

  • Enthusiastic and flexible approach to tasks
