Providing support to the CDD Manager, administrators and directors, you will assist with the collection and processing of customer due diligence (CDD) during the take-on process for new business/investors, whilst ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Responsibilities will include:
Updating and maintaining company databases for both new and existing investors/clients
Preparing new business packs and take on files
Proactively responding to any queries received
Undertaking searches, appropriate checks and preparing internal documentation
Liaising with the CDD Manager and compliance team as required for advice and to arrange compliance sign off of client/investor taken on files
Experience and skills required:
Educated to A level standard as a minimum
Previous compliance, funds or trust and company administration experience
Ideally have completed a relevant professional qualification to certificate level (ICSA/STEP)
Good interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic and flexible approach to tasks
