Working in collaboration with the accounting team, you will service the needs of a portfolio of clients, ensuring a first class service is delivered at all times.

Responsibilities will include:
Accurately maintaining all electronic and paper files for allocated clients
Preparing bank reconciliations for client accounts
Bookkeeping for allocated fund structures, companies and trusts
Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts
Responding to investor queries and confirmations
Experience and skills required:
Strong academic background, ideally educated to at least A levels (or equivalent)
Good numeracy and written skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft word and excel
Previous bookkeeping or accounting knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential
