Provide company secretarial support to a highly regarded trust company, on a 3 month temporary contract.

An excellent opportunity to gain experience working within a highly regarded firm with a supportive and professional environment.

Ideally you will have previous company secretarial experience or previous trust and company experience.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the setting up of companies  

  • Reading and interpreting memorandums and articles  

  • Preparing required documentation 

  • Accurately maintaining myRegistry and assisting with the annual confirmation process 

  • Updating registers

  • Organising committee meetings and preparing board packs and minutes

Experience and skills required:

  • ​Previous company secretarial or trust experience 

  • A good understanding of trust and company business matters or corporate governance 

  • Proactive and forward-thinking approach to tasks 

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail 

  • Ability to work independently using own initiative
