We have a unique career opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Company Secretary to join the corporate and compliance team in a global company.
Working collaboratively with the Company Secretary, you will provide administrative and governance support, ensuring compliance with legal governance at all times.
Ideally you will be ICSA qualified, a highly resourceful team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, whilst prioritising multiple tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the maintenance of statutory registers and minute books
Drafting documents relating to board and committee compliance with code
Liaising with the JFSC, ensuring all annual returns are filed
Issuing share and loan stock certificates and preparing documents requiring notarising
Providing support during meetings, such as taking minutes and preparing board packs
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ Assistant Company Secretary experience, ideally within a listed environment
Ideally ICSA qualified
Previous administration and governance experience in trust and company business
Good knowledge of IRS, FATCA and CRS
Ability to communicate with all levels of management
