Build the skills and experience to drive forward your career within financial services, providing support to the client services team on a 10 month maternity cover contract.
Within this role you will ensure client information is accurately kept up to date, prepare payments and draft correspondence. You may have the opportunity to deal directly with clients in the absence of the appointed Associate.

Responsibilities will include:
Preparing payment instructions
Drafting correspondence
Providing office support to the client services team including filing and scanning
Developing a basic knowledge of offshore asset types
Drafting standard company minutes and trustee resolutions
Experience and skills required:
Strong administration skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently using own initiative
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential
