Responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio and building strong working relationships with clients
Accurately maintaining client information for internal analysis and reporting purposes
Managing client events and delivering resolutions to issues
Reviewing processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Identifying new business opportunities
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience working in a registry within financial services
Experience delivering exceptional customer service
Strong problem-solving ability
Ability to manage and prioritise deadlines
Good numeracy skills
