Joining the growing registry team, you will support Client Managers in building and maintaining key relationships across the client portfolio and ensuring a high level of service is provided to current and new clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio and building strong working relationships with clients 

  • Accurately maintaining client information for internal analysis and reporting purposes

  • Managing client events and delivering resolutions to issues 

  • Reviewing processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements 

  • Identifying new business opportunities  

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience working in a registry within financial services  

  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service 

  • Strong problem-solving ability

  • Ability to manage and prioritise deadlines 

  • Good numeracy skills
