As part of a proactive and agile workforce, you will provide support and assistance to a team of Fund Administrators, providing professional administration services to a varied portfolio of clients. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance with the administration of funds and other entities

  • Dealing with incoming correspondence from clients

  • Assisting with the billing process

  • Liaising with the client accounting teams regarding accounting records

  • Acting as the immediate point of contact on allocated clients

Experience ad skills required:

  • Educated to A level or degree standard

  • Willingness to work towards a professional qualification

  • Previous office experience would be an advantage

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
