Provide a quality administrative support service to the Jersey office of a recognised professional services leader.
You will provide support for a variety of business functions, including facilities, front of house and document management services.

Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating deliveries and couriers
Scanning and accurately maintaining physical and electronic banking files
Answering switchboard calls and greeting visitors to the office
Booking and preparing meeting rooms
Maintaining office supply lists and car park rotas
Experience and skills required:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive approach to tasks
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
Knowledge of document management systems and NAV one applications would be ideal
