Reach your potential within the accounts team of a leading technology services provider within the Channel Islands.

Within this role you will support a small team and work alongside the Finance Manager and Finance Director, assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing bank reconciliations 

  • Reviewing ledger payments prior to their release and posting of bank transactions to the system 

  • Preparing management information, including reconciling actual revenues against budget

  • Processing customer and contract invoices

  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of payroll

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills 

  • Previous experience using ERP systems, such as MS Navision, would be an advantage 

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks 

  • Team player
