Reach your potential within the accounts team of a leading technology services provider within the Channel Islands.
Within this role you will support a small team and work alongside the Finance Manager and Finance Director, assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Responsibilities will include:
Performing bank reconciliations
Reviewing ledger payments prior to their release and posting of bank transactions to the system
Preparing management information, including reconciling actual revenues against budget
Processing customer and contract invoices
Assisting with the preparation and processing of payroll
Experience and skills required:
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Previous experience using ERP systems, such as MS Navision, would be an advantage
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
