This commercial organisation is looking for a conscientious and confident individual to take on this key customer-facing role, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference, enhancing and delivering exceptional service levels to clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Monitoring supplier’s orders, shipments and deliveries
Proactively dealing with customer queries
Liaising with Managers to organise installation diaries
Processing client invoices
Experience and skills required:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Strong administrative skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines
