Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We have a great opportunity to be part of a small, busy customer service and sales team within a rapidly growing family run business.

This commercial organisation is looking for a conscientious and confident individual to take on this key customer-facing role, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference, enhancing and delivering exceptional service levels to clients. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring supplier’s orders, shipments and deliveries 

  • Proactively dealing with customer queries  

  • Liaising with Managers to organise installation diaries 

  • Processing client invoices 

Experience and skills required:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills 

  • Team player with a positive attitude 

  • Strong administrative skills 

  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines
