Working within a specialist team, you will assist with the management of a portfolio of private wealth clients covering a variety of trust structures, catering specifically for to the needs of wealth families, family offices and owner managed businesses.

If you are a proactive and forward thinking individual, driven to achieving excellence for yourself and others along with good organisation skills, the ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate good attention to detail, this could be the ideal career opportunity for you.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering a portfolio of clients, working to tight deadlines when needed

  • Proactively taking on additional administration tasks to support other team members, as required

  • Ensuring client records are accurate and kept up to date

  • Communicating openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis

  • Assisting in the opening of bank accounts and processing of payments

Experience and skills required:

  • Ideally have 1 or 2 years’ experience in a similar role or another area of the finance industry with transferable skills

  • Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification (ICSA/STEP/ACCA)

  • Ability to deal with tasks independently, using own initiative and taking ownership of tasks

  • Committed and driven to achieving service excellence

  • Proactive and forward thinking
