In this role you will have responsibility for collating and reviewing the due diligence for client structures and their investors, as well as assisting in the preparation of regulatory reports and performing regulatory monitoring on client fund structures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and approving of all due diligence and tax transparency documentation and data 

  • Attaining the necessary CDD documentation and data to meet regulatory and Group requirements

  • Ensuring all high risk investors/ clients are correctly identified as such and that enhanced due diligence procedures are implemented and adhered to throughout the life of the relationship

  • Reviewing the CDD documentation and data, preparing the appropriate checklists

Experience and skills required:

  • Hold or working towards an appropriate qualification and/or proven track record of work experience

  • Sound knowledge of the AML and CFT legislation

  • Understanding and awareness of the AML/CFT and tax transparency requirements required to be met by regulated funds services' businesses in Jersey

  • Ability to confidently liaise with clients and investors on a day-to-day basis

  • Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy
