A rewarding and progressive career opportunity for an Administrator to join a client centric family office services team, in a leading multi-jurisdictional financial services provider.

In this role, you will deliver a high level of administrative support to the team and administer a small number of your own clients. Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting more senior staff with their client portfolio 

  • Administering a small number of clients, under supervision 

  • Preparing payment instructions 

  • Scheduling meetings and preparing board packs 

  • Drafting correspondence and regulatory documentation 

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong academic background and either currently studying or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification

  • Ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant industry experience 

  • Desire to learn and develop 

  • Good time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
