Working in a busy and fast paced environment you will undertake fee earning work and will support and manage work that is allocated by the Partner or Senior Fee Earner.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Updating diaries and notifying Partners of upcoming meetings ​

  • ​Receiving and assisting with client queries

  • Drafting correspondence and preparing paperwork for meetings and court bundles​

  • Processing and sending terms of business to clients​

  • Holding initial appointments with clients to take due diligence​ and conducting financial aid assessments

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role​

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills​

  • ​Proactive approach to tasks and good organisational skills

  • ​Team player and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard

  • Knowledge of legal language, process and practice would be an advantage ​
