Working in a busy and fast paced environment you will undertake fee earning work and will support and manage work that is allocated by the Partner or Senior Fee Earner.

Responsibilities will include:
Updating diaries and notifying Partners of upcoming meetings
Receiving and assisting with client queries
Drafting correspondence and preparing paperwork for meetings and court bundles
Processing and sending terms of business to clients
Holding initial appointments with clients to take due diligence and conducting financial aid assessments
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive approach to tasks and good organisational skills
Team player and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard
Knowledge of legal language, process and practice would be an advantage
