Working within a rapidly developing arena in an international environment, you will assist in the delivery of a share schemes to a varied portfolio of clients. There will be significant levels of interaction with colleagues, ensuring every day is different and the work varied.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering a portfolio of share plan clients  

  • Communicating openly and honestly with clients and your team, on a regular basis

  • Developing and building knowledge of the team’s systems 

  • Building and maintaining an understanding of key trustee and share plan concepts 

  • Ensuring client records are accurately maintained 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within financial services 

  • Proactive and forward-thinking approach to tasks 

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
