Within this role you will add-value to an expanding team, which is part of the in-house legal counsel, providing hands-on administrative support, whilst benefitting from working alongside knowledgeable industry professionals.
Responsibilities will include:
Collating and distributing board packs, producing meeting minutes and carrying out any action points
Dealing with correspondence
Arranging signatures for documents
Preparing filings to be submitted to the relevant regulatory authorities
Accurately updating and maintaining corporate records
Experience and skills required:
Previous industry experience
Either hold or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
Proactive and flexible approach to tasks
Strong organisational and time management skills
