As an Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient and timely processing of all communications in relation to participants of employee benefit schemes, international pension plans, deferred compensation schemes and family benefit trusts.

Responsibilities will include:
Answering/investigating queries from participants via telephone, online and email
Referring live FX deals
Maintaining member details on core systems via requests
Logging and monitoring call details on the task allocation system
Dealing with member complaints in a timely manner
Targeting exiting participants and offering alternative products
Experience and skills required:
Previous call centre experience
Excellent telephone skills, including previous experience dealing with difficult calls
Educated to A level standard (or equivalent)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Previous administration experience (ideally within employee benefits) would be an advantage
