Play a vital role in an independently owned family office that is committed to employee development and wellbeing, and provide support to the client services and corporate team.

In this busy and varied role, where no two days will be the same, you will provide ‘hands-on’ support to the team through diary management, arranging payments and assisting with client onboarding.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator who is considering moving in to a new area of financial services and is seeking a role where they can really add value to a team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing day to day correspondence  

  • Arranging payment of fees and expenses and preparing invoices

  • Assisting with the onboarding process, including collecting client due diligence documents 

  • Organising meetings, taking minutes, preparing board packs and following up on meeting action points 

  • Accurately maintaining client information and registers  

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience within financial services would be an advantage  

  • Strong administration skills 

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills 

  • Team orientated and a flexible approach to tasks

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
